Ranma Saotome is of course, the Main Character in the series. He lives at the Dojo of anything goes Martial Arts with his father Genma and The Tendou Family. While Training in China, Ranma fell into a cursed spring where a girl died many years ago. Since then, everytime Ranma touches cold water, he becomes a girl. He is in love with Akane Tendou, although he'll never admit it. He is a very powerful fighter who is always getting into fights, and He is loved by all the ladies. |

Father Of Ranma Saotome, Genma is cursed with the Spirit of the Panda, because of the cursed spring he fell into, he is Actually the one who knocked Ranma into the spring of drowned girl. Genma and Ranma are constantly getting into fights with each other and are always bitching about different things. Genma went to the Tendou Dojo with Ranma so that Ranma could Marry one of the girls there and become the successors to the Anything Goes Style. Has Been Best Friends with Soun Tendou for many years, ever since they traind together. |

Soun is A Martial Artist who studies the same style as Ranma and the others that live at the dojo. Father of 3 Daughters, Souna has wanted one of them to Marry the Son of Genma for years, but at first when he sees Ranma as a girl he faints. Later on he decides that Ranma can still Marry one of his daughters, and Everyone Volunteers Akane. |

Ryoga is a Fighter who lived near Ranma's old home. One day he challenged Ranma to a fight because Ranma made him angry. He told Ranma to meet him at an empty lot near his home. But Ryoga got lost on the way there and only got there two days late, even though the lot was right next door. He then Followed Ranma to China, and fell into one of the Cursed Springs. The Spring of Drowned Pig. He is madly in love with Akane and would do anything for her. Constantly challenges Ranma to fights but is never capable of finishing them. He gets lost everytime he tries to go somewhere. |

Ukyo is a 16 Year Old Okonomiyaki Chef from Japan. Ukyo and ranma were childhood friends and have known each other since they were 6. Ukyo fell in love with him, and was pretty mad when him and his father ran off with her dads food cart. One day she found them and tried to kill Ranma. After sorting the whole thing out they became friends again. The thing is, Ranma always thought Ukyo was a guy. Too bad Ranma loves Akane, I personally think Ukyo is the kewlest fiance he has. I like Akane alot too though, and Shampoo.... |

Leader of The School's kendo Club. Kuno is kind of a weak Fighter, but he is funny and a big part of the series. He is in love with both Akane and " The Pig-Tailed Girl", he doesn't know that this is ranma- chan. Kuno always fights Ranma because he's engaged to Akane, and he thinks it's not fair. This series would not be the same without Kuno, That's for sure. |

Shampoo is a member of a Chinese Amazon Tribe. She left China after being defeated in a fight By Ranma-Chan. She followed her to Japan in an attempt to kill her. While On China She fell into the Spring of Drowned Cat, and now turns into the one thing Ranma hates more then anything. She later gets defeated by Ranma-Kun, and falls in love with him, completely forgetting about killing him. She is now completely obsessed with him and will do anything to be with him. She makes Ramen with the old women, Cologne. |

Kodachi is Tatewaki Kuno's younger sister. She seems a little evil and has an extremely Annoying Laugh. She calls herself the Black Rose and Carries around a whip. She's deeply in love with Ranma and is always trying to get him, she calls him Ranma-Darling. |

Possibly the cutest girl in the whole series. Akane is Ranma's number 1 Fiance and probably the only one he truly has feelings for. She is in love with him too but she Tries not to show it. Akane is extremely Strong and violent.She has one hell of a Temper and can be pretty scary at times, but that's what makes her such a great Character. Her and Ranma will most likely get married one day, but it was never shown in the show, and if it was then...DAMN, I'M MISSING AN EPISODE!!! |

Kasumi is the most mature and Kind-Hearted of the Tendou family. She always cooks the meals, and seems to be so naive that it's funny. She never gets mad and she always has a smile on her face. She is the Eldest of the 3 daughters and does not practice any kind of Martial Art. |

Nabiki is Akane's older sister. She has an insanely humorous attitude, and she is very much into money. She'll do anything to get some cash in her pocket. She charges people for her advice and for her help. She practices no martial art but she is a character that helps make the story what it is. |

Mousse is a Character who kind of came out of nowhere. But thank god he did, he is madly in love with Shampoo and is always trying to get her attention. He knows she doesn't love him, and that she loves Ranma instead, but that doesn't stop his Attempts and stealing her heart.He fell into the cursed spring of drowned duck (How can a duck drown?) He is a semi-powerful fighter and is the master of Hidden Weapons. He makes things come out of nowhere all the time, I'm surprised he hasn't pulled a tank out of his Sleeve yet. |

Azusa is not one of the main characters but she does appear in the show more then once. She is a figure skater, and uses it as a type of martial arts. Every time she sees an object, she immediatly decides it's cute and gives it a name and takes it home with her. She is just down right funny and i'm glad she was put into the show. |
