Hibiki is the Main Character and Hero of the show. He's a third class citizen who works at a plant making bangatas. He sneaks onto a imperial flagship to try and steal a bangata for himself. The ship launches and he ends up getting caught by the women. He becomes a great asset to them, and they eventually all become good friends. Him and Dita seem to have some kind of romance going on. |

Dita is probably the most naive of all the Woman Pirates. She acts like she's 3 years old, and is madly in love with Hibiki ( Or Mister Alien as she calls him ). She Pilots the Blue Dread which is the first one to merge with Hibiki's Vanguard. Always happy and always trying to make everyone else happy, she is only seen depressed a few times because of Hibiki. |
| Meia Gisborn | |

Meia Leads all of the other Dread Pilots into battle. She is a warrior no doubt about it. She doesn't like to rely on anyone else because she believes that makes her weak. She is the second one to merge with Hibiki's Vanguard and they become some kind of bird looking thing. Although she'll never admit it, Meia doesn't dislike Hibiki. |

Sometimes you'd think she is the youngest one of the pirates with the way she Is constantly whining about something. But she is actually older then most of the others. Jura is second in command over the Dread pilots and is a little obsessed with Merging with Hibiki to make the "ultimate" Vandread, she does merge with him but the result is not as expected.. Later on she becomes almost as obsessed with having a Kid with a man. |

Barnette is a little scary sometimes, she likes battle believe it or not. She always seems to be picking a fight somewhere, she is the only one who doesn't fully want the men on board. She later becomes one of the stagehands because she feels bad over something that happened. Jura always wants Barnette to record her doing something, which she does, the two are Lovers ( or it seems that way if you watch the series ). |

B.C. doesn't really say or do much. She is the Sub-Leader aboard the Nirvana. She hardly ever seems to smile and won't usually take part in any of the activities that the rest of the crew does. Don't underestimate her though, you do see her fight sometimes...and she's a toughie. But she seems to be hiding some kind of secret, but what can it be? You find out later in the series... gotta watch to find out. |

Hardly ever referred to by her name, Magno is The Leader of the pirates onboard Nirvana. She is of the first generation and is very wise. She's got a good sense of humor as well. Usually just called Boss or Grandma, or sometimes even just Old Lady. She doesn't take crap from anybody and is very opinionated. |

Gascogne is head of the Stage Hands. She is always in a good mood, and never lets anything get on her bad side. She is always trying to help the rest of the crew. By making them happy and telling them to Smile. She is probably the biggest woman on the ship, it's almost frightening. |

Duero is A first class male Citizen. He was supposed to be a soldier when he boarded the Ikazuchi, but later revealed himself as a doctor. When the women invaded, he was the one taking care of them instead of the men. He is always reading a book bout something. He is very interested in the women and Especially in Ezra's baby. There is something between him and Parfet. |

Quite simply, Bart is a Pussy. That's right, you heard me. Bart is always scared of just about everything. He was supposed to fight the women when they invaded but instead chose to hide under a table. He is the pilot for Nirvana and He's very clumsy and always getting in trouble with the boss. He's in Love With B.C. |

Parfet is a mechanic, she doesn't really do much when it comes to battle, but she takes care of the ship, repairing everything and even inventing some neat little devices. You can tell she is attracted to The Doctor, even though her herself isn't really sure of it. |
| Paiway Underberg | |

Paiway is the youngest member of the crew ( not counting Ezra's baby ). She is a cute young girl who is very Immature. She carries around a frog puppet and talks with it often. She also enjoys taking pictures of everyone and everything that is going on, on the ship. She writes stuff down all the time. |

Ezra works on the bridge where the Leader and BC always are. She doesn't have a huge roll in the show, but she does take care of Dita sometimes when she's sad. And she is the only woman on board who is pregnant. She later on has her baby in an elevator with Hibiki and Dita. She names it Karu. |

I know what you're thinking...What a messed up name! Well don't worry cuz he doesn't have a big part in this show. He shows up maybe a total of 5 times. He's a pirate who is always with his Monkey friend Utan. He almost killed Hibiki the first time he was introduced. Him and Utan show up to help the Nirvana in their final battle. |

Pyoro is a Robot that got messed up in the beginning of the series. He has a personality and can feel unlike most robots, and he can speak for the pexis. He claims that Karu is really Pyoro 2 and that he is Karu's father, |

Misty appears only in 2nd stage. She's a trouble maker and Seems to have feelings for Hibiki even though she claims she was just playing around. Unfortunetly she Is a very lonely person and is sometimes down in the dumps. She didn't like Dita at first but later became friends with her. |
